Directions: Adults take 2 soft-chews daily, or as advised by your healthcare professional.
Active Ingredients (per gummy): Biotin 2.5mg
Other Ingredients: Soft Chew excipients, Natural Flavour, Natural Colour.
Storage: Below 25°C. Keep in a cool, dry place.
